Shipping policy

Shipping Process: 

All orders are shipped from Puerto Rico. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within United States Territories. 

Once your order is placed, you will received an email confirmation. You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification sent via email. If you haven’t received a shipping notification for your order after 7 days, please contact us at cosmosbyandrea@gmail.com 

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We take 1-3 days to process your order, although it might take longer during busy periods. 

Lost, Stolen or Damage Packages:

Cosmos by Andrea are not responsible for lost, stolen or damage packages. Please ensure your address is correct. If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim to USPS.  

Changing Shipping Address:

Shipping address cannot be changed after completing the order. Any mistakes in shipping addresses after fulfilling will be charged.
